I ordered the wrong size item ...the exchange process required me to send the item back to Australia....ridiculous. It would cost more than than what I paid for it....so a loss for me. And no additional follow up from the company when I mentioned this. I have bought numerous items from H A, but no more going forward.

For Australian people, HR ships using Australia Post. Provided I give the right address, I’ve never had a lost parcel from Australia Post ever. HR is training gear. The goods won’t break if dropped. The packaging is waterproof. I’m pretty sure that under Australian consumer law, it is HR’s obligation to deliver the product in good condition. What is this insurance for?
