The expense of return shipping to Helsinki Athletica HQ is the responsibility of the customer.
We do, however, take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style). In this instance, please contact support@helsinkiathletica.com immediately for assistance. Please provide us with your order number, a photo of the contents of your order, and a photo of the included packing slip. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery receipt in order to assure a timely resolution. Notifications received after 60 days of the order being delivered will be dealt with at our discretion.
Orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once they have shipped.
MISSING ORDERS
Refunds for missing orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will try out best to replace any orders not received within reason. Please contact support@helsinkiathletica.com if you order has not been received within the advised timeframes for further assistance.
